Diabetic Cooking Classes
Contact: Rebecca Layman
These classes are offered on the second Thursday of every month. A variety of topics related to diabetes will be covered, as well as basic nutrition and general cooking skills. Everyone is eligible and encouraged to attend, diabetics and non-diabetics alike. Classes will be offered at 2:00 p.m. at the Sneedville Community Center, and will be repeated at 6:00 p.m. for those unable to attend the first session. You do not have to attend every class that is offered. Classes will build on former classes, but each class can also stand alone.
