Hancock County Honor Club

As 4-H'ers reach 7th Grade, they are given the opportunity to apply for State Honor Club. Points are awarded based on participation.

Hancock County All Stars & Vol State Members

After Honor Club, the next step in the development of 4-H youth is District All Stars and Vol State. 4-H'ers must be a senior member as well as an Honor Club member in order to become an All Star.
Vol State is the highest award given to 4-H'ers in Tennessee. 4-H'ers must at least be entering their senior year and be an All Star in order to become a Vol State member. One in 2,000 4-H'ers achieve this level. Hancock County currently has 6 Vol State members.
