Walk Across Tennessee

Walk Across Tennessee is an 8-week walking program designed to encourage friends and family to join a walking team and walk as many miles as you can. We want to encourage you to make a team goal to walk 440 miles (approximately the length of Tennessee) over the course of the eight weeks.


Who can participate?
Anyone can participate–no age limit! You can form teams of neighbors, friends, family members, co-workers, etc.

Categories
Participants may choose to compete as a team or individual.

TEAMS
– Teams will have a maximum 5 members. 
– Teams will choose a unique team name to identify them during the challenge. 
– Teams select a team captain who will report miles for the team each Monday using a digital mileage log.

INVIIDUALS
– Participants participating independently will report individual mileage.
